Shannon Bowley joins the SFEI team as the Grants and Contracts Manager.  She is a graduate of Pepperdine University and has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and public sector grants administration, contract management, project-level accounting, and financial reporting. Shannon has extensive expertise in managing large-scale, government-funded grants and contracts, including federal, state, and local agreements.
