The Regional Monitoring Program for Water Quality in San Francisco Bay (RMP) is a collaboration between SFEI, regulators, and regulated stakeholders. Its goal is to collect data and communicate information about water quality in San Francisco Bay in support of management decisions. The RMP Mercury Strategy has articulated management questions to guide a long-term program of studies to support the goal of identifying and reducing high leverage pathways and thereby reducing mercury impairment in the Bay.
