EcoAtlas (ecoatlas.org) and Project Tracker (ptrack.ecoatlas.org) are public tools that allow users to collect standardized information on projects across programs, time, and location; provide a cost effective central repository and visualization platform; and offer adaptable and customized reporting tools.

A Workshop was held on August 15, 2024 to coordinate Administrators and major users, document uses/needs for using EcoAtlas/ Project Tracker in the San Francisco Bay region, and guide the development of enhancements to the tools to better meet user needs. The report includes a prioritized summary of regional needs for the following categories: data entry forms/fields; user experience/interface; administrative workflows; data access/API; and reporting summaries.
