Tessie is a senior executive and transformation leader with more than two decades of experience spanning business strategy, operations, technology, data and AI. As Vice President of Insurance Operations and Performance at CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, she leads enterprise capabilities focused on operational performance, transformation and building organizations for the future.

Tessie joins SFEI at an important point in our evolution, bringing business, operational and governance leadership that complements SFEI’s deep scientific expertise. Her experience translating strategy into execution, strengthening organizational performance and navigating complex transformation will help SFEI continue to scale its impact and build for the future.

Recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business, Tessie also serves as Vice Chair and Treasurer of the Board of Meals on Wheels Diablo Region.
