| Ms. Russio's background began in law enforcement with 10 years in the U.S. Air Force where she enjoyed several overseas tours and received an Honorable Discharge. After raising her family and settling in the Bay Area, she continued her law enforcement career as a 911 Dispatcher for the cities of San Pablo and Fairfield. Ms. Russio was also a successful Project Manager in the residential and commercial flooring industry. Her interest and involvement with the health and well being of the Estuary led her to join SFEI in 2001. She is responsible for contract management and program assistance for the Regional Monitoring Program, as well as general administrative assistance to the staff and public. |
