SFEI is one of the state's Regional Data Centers (RDC) that exchanges water quality data to the California Environmental Data Exchange Network (CEDEN). SFEI's Data Checker ensures that new data submittals have:

  • been formatted correctly;
  • used CEDEN controlled vocabulary; and
  • followed CEDEN business rules.

The Data Checker will process your file and return a summary of errors and warnings found in the template. Once these errors and warnings have been resolved, you will have the option to submit your completed data template for upload.

Contact SFEI's Data Services team (ds@sfei.org) to assist you with the upload process.
