EcoAtlas: New Map Enhancements

The latest release of EcoAtlas (v4.1) includes two new map enhancements:
- Pop-up box display functionality for Modern Delta Habitat Types. This map layer is a modified version of the map published in the 2014 report A Delta Transformed: Ecological Functions, Spatial Metrics, and Landscape Change in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
- Expanded map size for viewing and exploring data.
