An ongoing program to provide database management, provide monthly and quarterly reports, and produce an annual report. Funded by Bureau of Reclamation, Don Yee is the PI. - PCBs in POTW Effluent:
The purpose of this PCB monitoring project is to comply with a NPDES permit provision to determine the concentrations of the PCB congeners in POTW effluents using techniques with appropriate sensitivity. Don Yee is the PI. - CalFed Mercury Project:
Mercury in Sportfish and Avian Prey in the Delta A large multi-investigator program to investigate sources, fates, and effects of mercury in the Delta. Funded by CALFED, Jay Davis is one of the PIs working on fish tissue accumulation. Midterm Report from the CALFED Mercury Study. - Coastal Intensive Sites Network (CISNET):
This collaborative project with UC Davis, is to develop monitoring indicators for San Pablo Bay, and its adjacent tidal marshes, and river tributaries. A demonstration of those indicators will be accomplished in 2000-01 in collaboration with the RMP. Funded by the EPA through UC Davis, Bruce Thompson and Jay Davis are PIs. Sarah Lowe is managing most of the project. - Chronic Toxicity of Environmental Contaminants in Sacramento Splittail:
A collaborative project with SFEI and UC Davis to assess the possible impact of contaminants on Sacramento splittail. Funded by CALFED. Jay Davis is a co-PI with Silas Hung and Swee The, UC Davis. - Sacramento River Watershed Program Fish Tissue Monitoring:
Continuing program to collect, analyze and report on fish tissue contamination in the Sacramento River. Funded by the SRWP, Jay Davis is the PI. - EMAP - NOAA San Francisco Bay Sampling:
SFEI role includes participation on West Coast Committee, facilitation of benthic voucher collection taxonomy, and data conversion. Bruce Thompson is the PI, Sarah Lowe is managing the project. |
